Talk about being professional, from the time i walked in i was greeted. The ladies up front were awesome and friendly. I went in to get a battery replaced and the mechanic was very friendly and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

There is no comparison in the cart business .These people are hard working and honest. Bought my cart 4 years ago and have had no issues at all .2014 Yamaha gas New or used they are tops!!

The Hawkins Difference
Family owned and operated since the door opened over 65 years ago, we strive to maintain the hometown feel as we serve the community that has kept our business going all these years. Larry and Phyllis are part owners of Hawkins Battery & Golf Cars, they are semi-retired and reside part time in New Braunfels and part time in San Angelo. They are key in our business and you may even catch Larry turning a wrench at the shop from time to time. In their spare time they enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, taking their RV cross country, and renovating old cars. Bobby and his family live in San Angelo and he oversees the shop daily, as he has for the past 20 plus years. Bobby and his family enjoy spending their summer on the lake and enjoy sharing their love for the great outdoors with their girls. He has grown Hawkins into what it is today and will continue to evolve the business to our customer's vision.
